I can’t recommend Novado Yorkville enough! After struggling with severe hormonal acne flares that made even worse by wearing a mask for 12-hour shifts at work. I was feeling frustrated and hopeless. My acne was not only painful but also a major source of stress. After just 3 AquaPure sessions alongside also being recommended KB Pure products to use at home, I’ve seen and FELT such a difference in my skin. The inflammation has significantly decreased, and my skin feels cleaner and calmer.A huge shoutout to Daniella, the clinic manager, who has been absolutely stellar throughout this process. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and can tell that she truly cares about her clients’ skin health. I booked my appointment with sienna, i told her i was not happy with the overall quality of my skin. I have very dull skin and some acne scars. After talking to her for some time she understood my concerns and recommended me the Venus viva treatment. She numbed my face first and then went over it with the machine. Apparently the machine basically resurfaces your skin to allow for newer skin cells to form and produce more collagen so it’s a little invasive, but honestly it didn’t hurt at all even though my whole face was red after it was done. The redness went away after a couple hours though. Overall 10/10 from customer service experience all the way to the treatment. Everybody was so so sweet and welcoming especially my aesthetician sienna.
